Following the UK Government’s regulations relating to the coronavirus pandemic, we want to inform existing and future clients of some of the steps we have put in place to protect our clients, supply chain and workforce.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and service providers remains our main priority.

The Government has deemed safety critical systems such as Fire Alarms and systems that reduce the amount of Policing required (such as intruder alarms, CCTV etc) to be key systems.

The procedures that we have put in place include, but are not restricted to -

MONITORED SYSTEMS

    All systems will continue to be monitored.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICE

    Normal servicing and maintenance will continue where the Governments social distancing rules can be abided by and the "2 metre" rule can be observed. We will continue to provide (wherever possible) our 4 working hour emergency response.

INSTALLATION

    Normal service will continue subject to parts availability and the ability to observe the "2 metre" rule.

OFFICE

    Phones will be manned as normal Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 hrs.

SALES

    We will continue to offer a sales and design service for critical systems.


We will continue to monitor Government and NHS guidance. Should we feel that this will impact our service delivery we will provide you with further updates on our website.
