Security Sub Contractors

At UKWT we are always looking for quality partners to enhance both our ability to offer extended services to our clients and to expand our existing client base.

In order for you to be considered to join our team you must, as a minimum, be able to meet the following criteria.

For Sub Contract Installation and Service Engineers (Ltd Companies) :-

·Be SSAIB or equivalent registered.

·Have current provable Police Vetting for all staff

·Have a current CRB check for all staff (where required)

·Have an internal or external Quality Control System that is open to inspection

·Have Public, Employers Liability and Security Industry insurance to SSAIB requirements.

·Be willing to enter into None Competition and None Disclosure contracts

·Be willing to enter into agreements guaranteeing Call Out fees (if relevant to the contract), Hourly Labour rates, Travelling Fees, Response Times to meet SSAIB requirements (if relevant to the contract), Overnight Fees and Fixed Price Installation costs.

For Sub Contract Installation and Service Engineers (Sole Traders) :-

·Have current provable Police Vetting or be willing to submit to Police Vetting prior to any works being carried out

·Have a current CRB check or be willing to submit to a CRB check prior to any works being carried out (where required)

·Be contractually willing to comply with our Quality System

·Have Public Liability insurance.

·Be willing to enter into None Competition and None Disclosure contracts

·Be willing to enter into agreements guaranteeing Call Out fees (if relevant to the contract), Hourly Labour rates, Travelling Fees, Response Times to meet SSAIB requirements (if relevant to the contract), Overnight Fees and Fixed Price Installation costs.

For Independent Sales Representatives :-

·Have current provable Police Vetting or be willing to submit to Police Vetting prior to any works being carried out

·Have a current CRB check or be willing to submit to a CRB check prior to any works being carried out (where required)

·Be contractually willing to comply with our Quality System

·Be contractually willing and legally bound to comply with our Sales Code of Practice ensuring that potential clients are not misled as to the capabilities, scope or costs of any proposed system

·Have Public Liability insurance.

·Be willing to enter into None Competition and None Disclosure contracts

·Be willing to enter into legally binding agreements stating commission rates and recurring income fees.

·Understand that all leads that qualify for payment are to be generated by the Independent Sales Representative. All "in house" generated leads are dealt with by internal sales staff.

·Understand that commission payments are only made upon completion of and payment for works generated by the Independent Sales Representative. Exceptional arrangements may be made for large contracts where payment from the end user may be staged or may be commercially expected to be in excess of 60 days.

·The Representative will be expected to pay all sundry, travel and associated costs involved in procuring potential business. For exceptional potential contracts this may be temporarily waived. Full details will be available upon contact.

·Guaranteed recurring income for continuing contracts generated by yourself or your staff

·Commission payments for sales made by your staff to our existing clients that you have been subcontracted to.

·Payment by BACS within 30 days (for Independent Sales Representatives this is subject to the conditions above)

Please note, we are NOT looking for contractors for the following disciplines in the following areas due to successful relationships already being in place. I.E if it is stated “London - Maintenance” then it is meant that we have adequate coverage for maintenance in London, any other disciplines such as sales or installation are still required.

·London - Maintenance

·Central Scotland - Maintenance and Installation

·Lancashire - Maintenance
